Sweet Sleep Linen Spray

Sweet Sleep Linen Spray

As a gift for my friend at school, this weekend I’m making my awesome (if I do say so myself) Sweet Sleep Linen Spray.

For my recipe, I use:

First: Add the essential oils* to the glass spray bottle.

(I use these funnels to help me pour.)

Add essential oils - Sweet Sleep Linen Spray

Second: Fill the bottle to the brim with purified water.

Third: Screw on top and add label (if you want!)

Add label - Sweet Sleep Linen Spray

And there ya go! Your own Sweet Sleep Linen Spray!

Sweet Sleep Linen SprayTo use: shake well and spray lightly on pillows and other linens before bedtime.

Lavender has a calming and relaxing aroma.

I use my Sweet Sleep Linen Spray every night. I spray one spritz on each of my pillows before I wash my face so when I’m ready to sleep the aroma is filling the air! My husband has started requesting a spritz on his pillows lately, I know I’ve got a good product when my husband is asking for oils!
