-Place 1-2 drops in your hand, cup your hands over your nose and mouth, and inhale deeply.
-Diffuse an essential oil into the air using an essential oil diffuser according to its directions.
Dilute the essential oil into a carrier oil and apply to desired area as needed.
-Place oil into a gelatin capsule and swallow with water.
-Add 1-2 drops to a glass of water.
-Add 1-2 drops (to taste) to meals when cooking.
Personally, I promote both the aromatic and topical use of essential oils before the internal use.
